Information

– Services are provided only to refugees living in refugee camps. Those with access to healthcare facilities in their host country are not eligible for services. Individuals with non-trauma-related psychological problems are not eligible for services.

– Individuals under the age of 16 cannot apply for psychological support on their own. Applications for individuals under the age of 16 can only be made by their parents or legal guardians.

– Applications are processed in order of receipt. Processing time varies between 1 to 4 weeks. The Psychological Support Unit first evaluates the suitability of the application. Once referred to a specialist, the specialist will contact you within 72 hours.

– Please fill in the required fields, read and approve the consent form carefully for us to assist you effectively. Only fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Filling in other sections is left to the discretion of the client.

– Upon submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. If you cannot view the emails in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

Psychological Support

1. The client is the person who asks the question. 2. The client's personal information remains confidential and is not shared. The confidentiality of personal information can only be violated under the conditions stated below: a. When the client clearly states that she/he will commit suicide (ending her/his own life), b. When the client clearly states that she/he will end or harm others' lives, c. The information of the client might be shared only with the authorities (Ambulance, Police, etc.) with certain restrictions. 3. Any responsibility for the information and suggestions made by the experts rests with the client.
